DAD 5 OF 5
Dad's 70th Mam and Dad with Mr. Alan Milburn, MP and close friend to Tony Blair.
Dad the councillor somewhere in this parade
Built by Dad (helped by British Rail Shildon) around 1976. It had 8 seats and was hand driven. We both used it for over 25 years but insurance costs meant it was uneconomical to run. We still have the seats as garden ornaments and dad used the frame for his History of Trains display
Punch and Judy roundabout
Dad (the fat controler) with his railway exhibition. He set this up after retiring from the P&J shows. Dad retired totaly in 2005
The larger models that Dad made are now in North Road Museum Darlington
